Full refurbishments, extensions, annexes, structural alterations and garden rooms. We take houses back to brick and put them together again, including the steels, the openings and the bits that need signing off. Because the groundworks are ours, an extension does not sit waiting for somebody else's digger.

Fitted kitchens, bathrooms and bespoke joinery, including fitted bedrooms, media walls and alcove units. Every trade on it is ours or somebody we have worked with for years, so the plasterer is not waiting on the electrician who is waiting on us.

Block paving, resin bound, tarmac and stone. The finish is the part you see, but the reason a drive stays flat for twenty years is the dig and the sub base underneath it, and that is the part we do not sub out.

A dropped kerb is highway work, so it is not something every builder can legally do. We are NRSWA accredited, we make the council application on your behalf, and we do the job to the spec the council will pass. Most of ours go in inside a day.

Whole gardens, not just the paving. Levels, retaining walls, sleeper beds, turf, artificial grass, fencing and the drainage that stops it all sitting in water. The most praised thing in our reviews, for what it is worth.
